Cancellation/Rescheduling Policy – Cancellation and rescheduling of massage/chiropractic sessions must be done within 24 hours of the session start time. Please use either the Online Scheduler or contact the studio to cancel your session. There will be no exceptions to this policy. Because we schedule appointments expressly for your use, if you are not 100% sure that you can make your session time, do not schedule the appointment.
Online Scheduling Policy – You may register online and manage your account using our Online Scheduler. If you are having trouble registering, please contact your studio by phone. You may only book a session if you have pre-paid sessions on account. If you have purchased a package, you may schedule as few or as many massages as you have pre-paid for. For example, if you have purchased a package of 10, you may schedule from 1-10 massages in advance.
Arrivals -- Please arrive at least 5 - 10 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment time. Sessions can not be extended or discounted to accommodate late arrivals.
Credit Cards -- All appointments are reserved with a valid debit or credit card. Because we reserve your appointment time specifically for your use, we require a minimum of 24 hour notice to cancel or reschedule an existing appointment. Less than 24 hour notice will incur a no–show fee of full Non-Member rate of scheduled session. These fees are separate from Club Prehab membership dues and will not be applied towards membership sessions.
Therapist Requests -- We will do our best to accommodate special requests for a male or female therapist, however we can not guarantee your request. Additionally, because life happens to our therapists also (sickness, death in family, etc.), clients may be unable to see the same therapist at each visit.
Return Checks -- There will be a $50 Charge on all returned checks.

Gift Certificates
Expiration Policy – All gift certificates are valid for 6 months from date of purchase. It is your responsibility to know the expiration date of the packages you have purchased and to use them by the expiration date. Please review your account information for expiration dates on our Online Scheduler.
Refunds – There are no refunds.
